A system for evaluating student applications using structured scoring and NLP-based analysis. Developed in collaboration with Gulsezim Muhanbetkul, Nurkhan Zhamalbekov.Inkar Khairatkyzy, and Arailym Akhmet.
Binary sentiment classification (positive / negative) for user reviews written in Kazakh, Russian, or a mix of both. The system combines classical TF-IDF baselines with transformer models and uses a language-routing strategy at inference time — each review is sent to the model best suited for its detected language.
